The Living and Dining room are quit spacious, has a two wide sala set. 3 aircons ( Both bedrooms and 1 in Sala ) . 2 Electric fan ( other option aside in aircons ) Bunkbed with 3 mattresses in 2nd bedroom ( Single, Double and Double size pull out mattress ). 2 Floor Extra Rolled Mattress ( Single ) 2 Balconies ( Inside Master bedroom and near Dining room ). Big Kitchen fully equipped, has a big Fridge, Rice cooker, Microwave and Kettle. Bathroom has a hot shower room and washing machine inside the toilet. Guest access Kindly inform us at least 2 hours if you need check-in and check-out earlier than expected hours. Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. Penalty is 2,000 PHP. Please be on time during check-out or else we will charge you P 200 pesos per hour. Pls.understand, we have to prepare and clean on time the unit for the next coming guest. Any damage during stay will be charge before check-out ( after inventory ). Other things to note 2 swimming pools located at the ground floor from 6 am to 9 pm. Guest can access the pool every Monday to Wednesday only with 200 pesos per guest / day. Maximum of 5 pax per unit. Friday to sunday and holidays are exclusive for Home Owners and tenant use only. Thursday is closed for pool cleaning day. Gym is for home owners and tenant use only. Parking fees is around 400 pesos for 24 hrs. and base on hours of stay as per rate from the Sorrel Admin. First come first serve basis ( Subject to availability ).
