Close to at least four shopping malls and other local stores. 5-8mins from Historic Stone Mountain Park, which includes the scenic park with activities, golf, lodging & cable car ride. There is a separate existing one bedroom duplex on Airbnb. The space Nice spacious three bedroom one bath contemporary modern style, with one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the bedroom, and one pullout full-size day bed with single trundle located inside the bedroom to accommodate six guests. Lovely kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. I wanted the home to be away from home, and we provided dishes, pots, and pans for guests who loved to cook. In the duplex, I provided a study desk with a chair and free Wi-fi service. There is a total of four smart TV's with Netflix in all three bedrooms and living room. The amenities in the bathroom include towels, soap, and shampoo that are available for all guests. Moreover, a cleaning service is available for monthly stays at an additional cost. A four-night minimum stay is required. There is a separate existing one-bedroom duplex on the Airbnb site rented separately on the Airbnb site. Guest access This three-bedroom one bath home is attached to the home but has its own private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. The entire house is yours to enjoy. The following shared space will be the backyard. The deck is attached to the home is a private space. Guest entrance located in the front yard on guest must enter by the front door with a keyless lock. The host will text the code via Airbnb. Please only use the keyless lock; do not lock the bottom lock. The guest can park inside the carport and walk around the front of the house to enter by using the front door. Other things to note The names of all guests must be listed on the reservations. Any additional guests over six persons you are required to list on the reservation and any additional guests past six will be charged a fee of 25 dollars unless the seventh person is a child under the age of 13 years old. Responsible Smoking is allowed outside but not inside the three-bedroom one bath duplex. There is a separate existing one-bedroom duplex on the Airbnb site rented separately on the Airbnb site. PETS : Dogs size 3lbs through 20lbs only. Please no dog allowed over 20lbs. The guest must show picture of the dog before check-in along with pet deposit. Birds / turtle allowed. No Pitbull allowed and the reservation will be canceled by AIrBnB host/ No exceptions. NO CATS allowed NO SNAKES allowed
