Lounge Room: Upon entry into the apartment, you will find a well-sized lounge room. Enjoy streaming movies on a big flat screen TV. There is NO kitchen in the room but appliances including bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and plunger are provided. Simple breakfast (cereal, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk n sugar etc.), glasses, crockery and cutlery supplied. There is also a Yamaha upright piano for your enjoyment. Bedroom: The bedroom features a new ensuite bathroom, a queen bed with quality linen and an electric blanket, a generous sliding wardrobe, a tallboy and a chair for your comfort. Shampoos, conditioners, soap and towels supplied. Extra blanket, heater and a garment steamer are also available. Hair dryer can be provided if needed. You could listen to your own music using the Sony personal audio player while lying in bed. Outdoor: Sit and relax on the wooden bench outside of the apartment and enjoy the brilliant views over the Derwent river. Being a quiet neighbourhood, street parking or driveway is available. The owner lives up-stairs and due to COVID-19, washing facility cannot be provided. Happy to help with the planning, while leaving you to enjoy the space in private. Guest access No shared space, it is a self contained ground floor apartment with private entrance. Other things to note We respect our neighbours and advise this is not a party apartment.
