Give yourself the pleasure of staying in a newly built apartment with an independent entrance near the sea (150 meters on foot), so you can breathe the morning breeze and give you the chance to walk by the sea whenever you wish. Ideal for families. The space The apartment has all the comforts you need for a nice stay. There's also a parking space in my exclusive fenced court. In the garden you can find a nice terrace ideal for breakfast outside and enjoy the evening atmosphere. Composed of two bedrooms (one large with double bed and one with single bed and an added folding bed). There is also a single sofa bed in the common area. Two large wardrobes and chest of drawers at your disposal. Tv in the common area. If you ask, we can give you a children cot and an high chair. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils and appliances. If you need a microwave oven, ask us and we can put it at your disposal. The bathroom is complete with sanitary, shower, hairdryer, washing machine at your disposal and drying rack. The air conditioner is available in the day and night area, while for the winter there is a heating system.
