The "Placide Février" accommodation is for 4 to 6 people equipped with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, heating. The cottage is on the first floor and has no direct access to the garden. Wi-Fi is available. Parking in the front or back (private). Inner and back courtyard with garden furniture, lounge area, barbecues (shared). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (common area). The area is full of nature and forest walks. The space The accommodation is located in the former barn of the Château and is located on the first floor. You have stairs to access your accommodation. The living room, one bedroom and the bathroom are on the first floor and the 2nd bedroom is on the mezzanine. There is a spiral staircase to access it. Other things to note From 01/01/2026: - Tourist tax of €1/person/night for the Municipal Administration of Momignies. - Tourist tax of €1.54/person from 18 years old/night for the Province of Hainaut. Both taxes will be charged upon arrival. Please provide the identity cards of each resident.
