We have taken the inconvenience into account in the rental price, which is why this apartment is available at a more attractive rate. Please help us maintain the quality of the accommodation and the comfort of all guests. These simple rules ensure that everyone has a great experience: • No smoking in the apartment, including at the windows. • Please only use the sheets and towels provided upon arrival. • Only the people named in the reservation may access the apartment. • Do not leave the key in the inside lock (otherwise it will be impossible to get back in). • Sofa bed: additional charge of €30/stay for 1 to 2 people. • No parties or loud music, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. • Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, respecting the premises and the cleaning staff. • The neighbors are kind to travelers, so let's be grateful and respectful towards them. • No illegal use of the Internet (unauthorized downloading or streaming).
