My Favorite 2bedr apt. with balcony in the center

Welcome! MyFavorite is our new, cozy apartment in the very heart of Budapest. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or simply visit any of the cosy bistro's and restaurants that are just a few meters away. All the major sights can be reached on foot, but public transport stations are so close as well. Free wifi, air conditioning, elevator are making your stay even more comfortable. We love this place and the city and we are positive you will love it too... The space MyFavorite is a newly renovated, redesigned apartment on the 6th floor of a historical building located on Rákóczi út one of the main streets of Budapest from the Erzsébet Bridge to the "Keleti" railway station. The flat (58m2) provides comfortable accomodation for 2 couples, smaller group of friends, or families up to 5-6 person. There are two separated bedrooms in it, a livingroom with a modern kitchen corner and one bathroom with a tub and toilet inside. The living room with a balcony overlooks to the busy Rákóczi út, but it is relatively quiet thanks to the modern sound-proof windows and the high floor location. From the balcony you can get a glimpse of the city life, or you can admire the sunset over the rooftops and Buda hills by a glass of wine. The two small bedrooms ( with comfortable 160*200 double beds) overlook the quiet green garden. Crib and high chair available for our little baby guests upon request. Price includes: all current expenses (electricity, water, gas, heating) two fresh towels/person, soft, high quality bed linen, liquid soap, toilet paper, dish clothes electronic safe­ box for the values, Free high speed WIFI, AIR condition, and full-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hotplate, refrigerator, coffee machine). Guest access The whole apartment is yours! Just make yourself at home :) Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential building. We therefore request our guests to refrain from keeping parties or listening to loud music in the apartment, and to keep as quiet as just possible when using common areas, such as the elevator or the staircase.
