Hurdal Gjestegård - unique historical building

Welcome to Hurdal Gjestegård, the old priest house, surrounded by the magic nature of Hurdal. The historical building is a yoga and retreat center offering daily classes in yoga, dance, qi gong and mindfulness. There are also different therapists working here and you can get yourself a good massage, acupuncture or other body treatments. Read more about weekly program on our homepage. If you want to rent the house for your special day, please contact the host directly for a special price. The space During the weekends and holidays the house is quite and it is a perfect getaway for a big familiy, friends or couples. There are 3 big bedrooms/doorms, with 4 beds in each, in total 12 beds. You will have the three bedrooms for yourself. On the second floor there is a seperate bathroom and guest toilet. On the property's ground floor is the main living room, suitable for yoga, dancing or other types of courses and events. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen, guest toilet, laundry room and bathroom. The host lives in the house and you will share the kitchen and common areas with the host. If you want to rent the whole house for yourself and for a special occation, please contact the host directly for prices. Bedlinen and towels are not included in the price but can be rentet for additional 150 nok/pers. Guest access From Eidsvoll verk station there are buses on weekdays to Hurdal Church, which is the nearest stop. On weekends, you have to have your own car or order transportation. From Oslo Airport it takes about 30 minutes by car. 1-3 cars can park in front of the residence. At larger events we find a solution. Please contact the host for more information. During your stay I also live in the house, with my two children every other week. We share the kitchen. Guests will have their own fridge and have access to all kitchen utensils. Other things to note The whole place can be rented out for holding your own workshops or classes. The guesthouse is also a perfect place to celebrate your special memories, birthday or wedding. In cooperation with the local farmers, we can offer you local ecological food for your special occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact the host, Malin.
