Good evening - The Loft
Description
Right in the beating heart of Amsterdam, Buenas Noches is found nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of a verdant lane called Oude Braak. You may find us at number 15, right at the end of the lane, fronted by a private green square. The space Buenas Noches is situated in the exciting heart of Amsterdam just 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. The house is a three storey building with the ground floor shared with me and my guests at the ground floor. The ground floor houses the kitchen where you may use the modern equipment to prepare lunch or dinner; while the adjacent dining/living area is where you could enjoy eating it. The ground floor also contains a bathroom complete with a bathtub, rain shower, private sink and a toilet. The bathroom will generally only be shared with me. The first floor contains two private rooms while the top floor is where you'll find your room. The Loft comes equipped with an en-suite and a sitting area; a flat-screen television and an amplifier with CD player; a Nespresso machine; a water boiler; A mobile Airco and of course a working desk. An additional air mattress (1,80 by 2,0 m) is also available at an additional charge of €20,- due to the extra cleaning and set-up costs. Tea and coffee are complimentary as is everything in the fridge, all to deliver you the authentic Buenas Noches experience. I do have to mention that the height of the beams is about 1,90 m. Please take this under consideration especially if you are taller than 1,90 m. Guest access Guests may enter Oude Braak from the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. The house has a small hall as you enter and the ground floor is generally a shared space for all guests. The bedrooms on adjacent floors remain private. Other things to note To further enrich your Amsterdam experience, we also provide bicycles at charges as low as €5/day for your convenience. Registration Details 0363 990D 85E3 69A2 FD44
