77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town. The space 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a double bunk bed below and single above. Toilet is separate to the bathroom. We provide essentials such as tea, coffee, body wash, salt, pepper etc. There is a dryer and drying racks in the shed. Plenty of wood for a lovely winter fire or 2 heatpumps to keep you warm. The property is secured by an electric gate for extra safety and peace of mind for when the children are playing outside. Just a 2min drive or 16min walk to McLean Park to watch your favorite Cricket or Rugby match.
