Hestia is an exclusive stone villa of 2018, part of Rhea-Residence dot com, with 3 houses, Hera, and Rhea, all totally private from each other, in Gavalochori, a beautiful village, 35 min drive from Chania, 3,5 km from the beach in Almyrida. The villa has stunning views to the White mountains, villages and the sea. The villa is ideal for a romantic luxury holiday for two or a small family. The space The villa has its own parking, private swimming pool which can be heated upon demand, total privacy, spacious outdoor areas with private BBQ area with charcoal grill, dining area, sitting areas, and sun beds. The house is furnished to high standard, comfortable beds and well equipped overall. It is only a short walk down into Gavalochori (250 m) with bakery, several tavernas and two mini markets. Almyrida, a cozy fishing village is only 3.5 km away with beautiful beaches and a large selection of tavernas and shops. Other things to note WIFY: We can now offer Starlink/ SpaceX as internet provider which gives the best solution possible in this rural area. Previous internet problems have been solved. Guest must be aware that during the peak holiday season there could be occasional shorter power cuts in the area. During the summer season we unfortunately occasionally experience a stop or very low delivery of the municipal water supply . If this occurs, we get water delivered by truck to our big water storage tank. We keep monitoring the water level in the tanks but depend on our guests to notify us if they experience shortage a well. We then do our best to have water delivered as soon as possible, but some hours delay can be experienced as with a stoppage of water supply, the whole neighbourhood is affected.
