We welcome you to our independent studio (25 m2). It is equipped with a kitchenette, a "cocooning" area with sofa bed, a space with double bed, a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and a private outdoor area. Quietly located, 10 min walk to the city center and the start of many hikes, the cottage is also 30 min to the Font d'Urle family ski area. Athletes, walkers, city dwellers, children, parents, seniors, French speakers or not, all are welcome! The space Saint-Jean-en-Royans is a small country town, at the foot of the mountains (250 m altitude) where there are all the necessary shops on site. Our house is at the edge of town, on the heights, with semi-panoramic views of the mountains. The studio is not overlooked: you will be quiet there! Internet access, via CPL socket provided (no Wi-Fi). For the bed: 160 x 200 cm mattress with duvet provided in 220 x 240 cm. / For the sofa bed: 140 x 200 cm mattress and 200 x 200 cm duvet provided. Linens are provided for stays of 3 nights or more. For less, linens are available for rent: - sheets only: €5 for 2 people. - towels/gloves: €5 for 2 people. - sheets + towels/gloves: €8 for 2 pers. Cleaning products and equipment + Condiments, "emergency" groceries available. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests but can be arranged with us for an extra charge (€30). Possibility of loan of childcare equipment (baby bed, bathtub, high chair, etc.) Guest access 1 parking space in our yard. The studio is located on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance (we live on the 1st and 2nd floors).
