Spectacular views over Camps Bay & Lions head. Our 4 bedroom house is a 10min stroll to the beach & village, a short drive to the city & V&A Waterfront. Expansive outdoor balconies, a pool & garden for the kids make this a perfect summer location. The space Our four bedroom home is ideally located in Camps Bay. High enough up the mountain slope to afford a spectacular view but low enough to stroll down to the beach or village. With plenty of space to relax and spend days watching spectacular sunsets. We have a swimming pool and a grassed garden for kids to play on. The house consists of: 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed, 2 rooms with queen size beds and 1 with a single bed. Main bedroom: King size bed with a sliding door to the balcony, with spectacular beach, sea and mountain views. Adjoining bathroom with bath (website hidden) with satellite channels. Built in cupboards 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed with a sliding door to balcony with spectacular beach, sea and mountain views. Built in cupboards. 3rd bedroom: Downstairs, this is a kids bedroom with a single bed that sleeps one, doors lead on to the garden and pool area with views of the beach, sea and mountain. Built in cupboards. 4th bedroom: Downstairs either inter leading from bedroom 3 or independent of bedroom 3. It has a queen size bed. Doors lead on to the garden and pool area with views of the beach, sea and mountain. Built in cupboards. Lounge / Dining Room: Open plan lounge dining room. Large sliding door brings the outside in on warm summer days. Lounge leads on to large outdoor balcony which is great for breakfast Al fresco. The dining room also leads out to a large under cover balcony with outdoor furniture suitable for relaxing or taking in the most beautiful sunsets. A food preparation area and large gas barbecue complete the picture of this space. Guest access This is a 3 story house that is split. The top level has a separate entrance and is not part of this rental. This rental consists of the bottom two levels and all the garden space, including the swimming pool. Other things to note The house is on two levels with stairs connecting the levels. The entrance is also accessed via stairs down from road level. Not ideal for toddlers as the swimming pool has no fence around it. This listing is best suited to a single family of 5 people or two families of 3 each with kids younger than 16 years old. The house was originally built in the 70's and although it has been renovated it is not a 'newly built' house.
