Four bedrooms, master with en-suite and walk in robe, open plan kitchen and dining, two lounge areas plus a large rumpus room downstairs. The best bit? The huge timber deck with bay views, BBQ, and dining table. Our private native garden is a perfect place to relax and read a book, play cricket and boules, or for the kids to play hide and seek. Lie in bed and enjoy the song and sights of native birds in the surrounding trees. There is an abundance of bird and wildlife to spot from the garden. For your convenience there is a laundry with washing machine and clothesline. We are close to the beautiful Mount Martha village with its cafes and eateries. South beach is only a 15 minute walk or 5 min drive away. It is also the perfect base to explore the areas wineries, hot springs, restaurants and much, much more........
