The space Stone house of 580 square metres, divided into 3 floors with a capacity of more than 20 people. The house is located only 3 minutes by car from Doniños beach, in a natural privileged environment, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet to rest, relax and unwind. The house has 6 bedrooms, living room with TV and Xbox One with Kinect, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, toilet, gym and surfboard room. The entire space is modular so we are able to arrange it accordingly to adapt it to your needs and requirements, what makes it perfect for families. Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden with barbecue, trampoline, volleyball net and parking. You will have at your disposal streetboardz skates and surf equipment (surfboards and surfing wetsuits of all sizes and levels) essential for practicing this sport, as you will find different surrounding beaches which are perfect to practice surf. Within short walking distance you will find a beautiful pine forest; ideal for practicing running or taking a relaxing walk.
