Our house is situated on the slope of a hill which borders the Bay of Sóller. The magnificent views, the friendly atmosphere of the house and the place itself, will make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The space Mallorcan style house is a duplex located on a second floor so you must go up several stairs to get there. The house has got a cosy and illuminated living/dinning room, a rustic, well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace from which you can contemplate a breathtaking view of Soller's port while you take some snack. A small toilet next to the entrance and a discreet storage under the stairs, up the whole first floor of this charming duplex. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms. The first one with a doble bed, has a window facing the rear of the house, the second one with 2 single beds includes a small terrace where you will be able to admire the sunrise and the third bedroom is a luxurious double room with an intimate bathroom, it is perfect for a couple. Another separate barhroom for the rest of the family or friends completes the number of rooms on the 2nd floor. Finally, you will find at the back of the house, a superb terrace where one can sunbathe or celebrate a family barbecue while you contemplate the magnificent views of Mallorcan west coast and Tramuntana mountains. Guest access The accommodation is private so there aren't common areas to share with other neighbors. It has got a parking, free Wi-Fi network, television, etc. Other things to note In the town there are several companies which offer different kinds of recreational activities, for example: Water activities, deep water soloing over the surrounding cliffs, a big number of hikes in the nearby mountains, horse riding and even there are cultural activities such as visiting museums or the botanical garden.
