All rooms (including the guest bungalow) have direct access to the 14 m x 7 m private infinity pool, continuously filtered (solar pump and filter). They are all equipped with a safe, lock and mosquito nets on all windows. The villa is equipped with solar power (in the event of a power cut). The household appliances are high-end (Liebehrr - Franke...). You have an American fridge, refrigerated wine cellar, washing machine and dishwasher. Louis, our caretaker-manager will be present for you; he takes care of the maintenance of all the exteriors of the house, garden, orchard, pool and our 3 dogs that will allow you to sleep soundly in peace and safety. Véronique will take care of the maintenance of the house and will be present every day (except Sunday for stays longer than a week) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you wish, she can prepare lunch for you; this service (invoiced at 5,000 CFA/day) will be paid directly to her (food shopping at your expense); for dinner the service is invoiced at 7,000 CFA/day. She will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa with kindness and efficiency. The services (excluding meals) of these 2 exceptional people are included in the rental price. However, if you want a greater presence of Véronique, you will have to see directly with her her availability and her additional remuneration (for her time spent with you). Guest access The entire villa is at your disposal. Other things to note Electricity is not included in the rental price. A meter reading will be done in your presence upon arrival and departure. Your consumption will therefore be paid on site at the time of your departure at the rate of €0.30 (or 196 CFA)/KWH. Water consumption is included in the rental price. TV and DVD player are at your disposal. The Canal card will be at your cost; It will be offered for rentals longer than 2 consecutive weeks Wifi cards are at your cost.
