Guest access Guests may make use of the private jetty for the mooring of their boat. Barbecue facilities, 3 bicycles and a double canoe with paddles completes the package. Other things to note Host disclaimer: The host shall not be liable to the guest for any loss, injury or other damage to any person or property (including guests or guests’s property) in or about the premises or the building from any cause (including defects in the building in or use of any equipment in the Premises) Smoking is allowed, but only outside the unit and cigarette filters should be put out in an ashtray and not in flowerbeds or the lagoon. If the big patio’s umbrella is used, guests should be alerted in case of a strong wind to close it with its appropriate sock. Cushions of garden furniture should be stored inside during the night, to avoid dampness. Please air the bathrooms after hot showers, to avoid the forming of mould. Please refrain from leaving the canoe in the water. Kindly pull it onto the jetty after each use.
