Cleveland Bay Cottage

One of our 10 cottages at Beck House Cottages but still private. Cleveland Bay Cottage is a period cottage set in an picturesque farm estate of 47 acres in the national park. it has its own patio area to the front and guests can use the 47 acres of land and the river that surrounds the farm to walk their dogs. The cottage has a large lounge / dining / kitchen area with two double sofas and a log burning stove. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for a family. We also welcome dogs. The space There are great woodland trails for long walks before returning back to these cosy cottages just 6 miles from the market town of Pickering Guests can use the 47 acres of land, there is a river that surrounds the site and a diverse range of animals. Wild deer, otters, beavers, chickens, ducks, doves, peacocks, farm cats and our own dog Meg. The cottage is self catering but with such a wide range of amazing pubs within a 10 minute drive of the cottage it is easy to avoid doing much cooking ! These pubs all accept dogs and the food in all of them is high quality whether it is the new inn in the village with its own brewery or the other 8 pubs in the surrounding villages, you are spoilt for choice. Guest access This individual self catering cottage is all on one level, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bath and walk in shower. There is a double and two singles. Other things to note There is access to a separate laundry The site has 3 electric charging points for electric cars, accessed and paid for through an App. The cottages are in an idyllic setting with amazing views and access to 47 acres, the peace is unmatched.
