My accommodation is located in Massarosa, 10 minutes drive from Viareggio 20 from Lucca and 30 from Pisa, nearby you can find beautiful panoramic views, the beaches of Versilia, Lake Massaciuccoli, Piazza dei miracoli in Pisa with the leaning tower , the fabulous Apuan Alps, the Pucciniano theater, Pietrasanta art city etc.I will like my accommodation for these reasons: tranquility. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families. The space The house has an independent entrance from the street, two bedrooms (a double bed and a queen-size bed), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with table, chairs and a living room. It was completely renovated in 2011. Other details can be seen in the published photos. During the colder months when you need to use the heating, a supplement will be added to be agreed upon. Parking will be available in front of the house or a few meters from it. The accommodation is located in the historic center of the town. Crossing the street you can find a grocery store and a bar. You can find laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you might need, all within a few minutes walk or a few minutes by car. Important. The TOURIST TAX for the MUNICIPALITY OF MASSAROSA must be paid on site, it is €1.5 per day per person, children under 18 do not pay, you only pay for the first 5 days. Guest access Separate entrance from the street and access to the entire house with 5 rooms. Other things to note Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are free. You cannot smoke inside, but there are spaces outside to do so. Important.
