Only 15 minutes from LRAFB or 25 from Little Rock it is conveniently located for exploring the Natural State or a quiet place to relax while here on business. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and has a highchair. For entertainment the house has secure wifi and SuddenLink TV, there are also toys, books, puzzles, and board games. Washer and dryer available for your convenience. For a quick store run the Dollar General is just around the corner by the Sonic. There are playground just a 10-minute walk from the front door. Playgrounds, golf courses, theaters, wildlife areas, bowling, and Cabot Water Park are all less than 10 miles away. Beyond that, this is the perfect starting point to explore everything Arkansas has to offer. This is a Great stay for a Family Getaway or a Business Trip!! Guest Health & Safety The home is professionally cleaned after every visit. Guest access The home minus the garage and supply closets is open for guests use. The front and back yards including the deck are also free for guests to use. Parking will be in the driveway or on the street in front of the house (please do not block the mailbox). Door codes are changed after each stay for safety and codes will be sent to guest 24 hours before arrival. Other things to note The neighborhood amenities are open to our guest: Community Playground, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, Pavilions with picnic tables, Pedestrian Bridges with Scenic Views and Fishing Piers. Please be respectful of these areas as the responsibilities for maintaining the common areas and infrastructure is in the hands of the residents. If you enjoy walking or running, the "LOOP" of the neighborhood is about 3 miles . There are 3 pedestrian bridges that can make your walk longer or shorter. Our bridge next to home is Sunset bridge and is located in the middle of the neighborhood. The other two bridges are located at the end of the “loop.” One by the elementary school and one by the playground.
