The villa is located in the holiday park Les Rives des l'Ardèche, a park with about 100 villas. The villa has a private swimming pool and space to park on private property. The villa and garden offer a lot of privacy and a particularly beautiful view. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and television with Dutch channels, among other things. From the living room, you walk through to the dining room with dining area and double sliding doors to the terrace. The spacious open kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa is baby-friendly; crib, high chair and changing pad are available in the house (free of charge). All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, which is necessary in the lovely warm climate in summer. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with sink and shower. Upstairs, there are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with a bath, sink and toilet. In two bedrooms, the beds are 2.10 m long, in the other bedrooms, the beds are 2.00 m long. Outside: From the villa, you can walk into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors on the spacious covered terrace with modern garden furniture. The heated private swimming pool (4.5 x 9 m, depth 1.1 - 2 m) has a staircase for easy access. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. Next to the swimming pool is a nice lawn, great for the children to play on. Also in the garden is an original French jeu-de-boules court. At the back of the garden, you will find an extra shady seat under the trees. This beautiful villa offers a lot of privacy in the garden. The villa is located on a spacious plot of 1000m2 with parking space for 3 cars. Surroundings: The Domaine Les Rives De l'Ardèche is located on the river Ardèche and is surrounded by rugged natural beauty and beautiful wine and lavender fields. Nearby are numerous picturesque, medieval villages, such as Balazuc, Labeaume and Banne. The cozy village of Vallon Pont d'Arc is a few kilometers away from the park. Here you can visit the famous Pont d'Arc and the 32,000-year-old cave paintings in the Grotte Chauvet (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
