You have exclusive use of this apartment for your entire stay with us - you will not be sharing anything with other guests. This 4th floor studio is at the rear of the building. It's small, neat and tidy. It is perfect as a crash pad for people exploring Reykjavik for a couple of days. The bathroom is quiet small and the shower is only 60 x 60 cm (its very compact). This apartment is fine for 1 to 3 days, any longer and we would recommend a larger apartment. A baby crib is not able to be put into this apartment. We have other apartments in the building, so we are always there to help you, perhaps for a restaurant recommendation, or a day trip option. When you leave the building you will have many choices of restaurants, cafes, bars. All neighbourhoods in Reykjavik are considered safe at all times. Within a few minutes walk you can find many famous Reykjavik landmarks such as Sun Voyager, Hallgrimskirka (Cathederal), Prime Ministers Office, Harpa Concert Hall. Laugavegur is mainly a pedestrian street, so you can easily walk to most attractions in Reykjavik. If you wish to have day adventures then we are can offer you some advice. We have 13 different apartments, all different sizes, all located in the same building. Each apartment is fully self-contained and you have exclusive use of the apartment you book. There is an elevator that services each floor of our building. Luggage Storage – yes, we have space for you to store luggage for as long as you need. Laundry Facilities – yes, there are washing machines and dryers in basement of the building. There is no cost to use these machines, there is washing powder available for you. This is a self service facility.
