Surrounded by nature, with a variety of beautiful flowers and trees along with an amazing view over the sea, it provides a feeling of serenity and well-being. It was built with natural materials (stone and wood), decorated with soft colours in a traditional style. Situated close to beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and historical landmarks, it is located 2,7km away from Katakolo port, a place where everyone can enjoy shopping and taste traditional food. Also it is 33km away from Ancient Olympia, the place where the Olympic Games were born. It is a house that instantly makes it’s guests feel serene and at home. The exterior consist of a large tiled veranda, a BBQ place and an amazing large pool. Furthermore, upstairs there is a huge balcony where you can enjoy a 360 degree view and a breathtaking sunset. One more villa’s privilege is that it can provide a private access at the sea. The house has four spacious master-bedrooms each of them includes a private bathroom and the one of them has also an extra kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house as well as the entire garden. The access is only restricted to the pool machinery room for safety reasons. The property also offers a large parking spot for guests to leave their car, with a capacity for four cars. Other things to note If needed, we will be in the area at any time in the day. If there is an issue we can always be in touch by mail or we can arrange to stop by the house at a mutually convenient time.
