Condo in Nottingham

Good size double room in characterful house within easy walking distance to Nottingham city centre. You will be sharing my apartment with me & it’s set within a large walled in garden. Toast, cereals, yogurt & hot drinks for breakfast. I always have both dairy and almond milk, but if you would like other alternatives please let me know in advance. The space Good size double in a characterful ground floor flat. Double bed, chest of drawers & fresh towels. There is a shared bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a bath & shower. This room is better suited for 1 or 2 adults. There is a chair bed if you both do not wish to share a bed. This is a comfortable bed with a good mattress. Guests have shared access with owners to large lounge to relax, watch tv or read. Includes free wifi. Also shared use of fully fitted kitchen. Large leaded windows in sitting room over looking the garden. A continental breakfast is included with cereals, bread/toast, yogurt, jams, tea & coffee. The above items are provided for you to make your own breakfast. Guest access Bathroom (washing machine), kitchen (cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher), living room (wifi). This is a smoke free home. The garden is a shared space with my neighbours. Guests have enjoyed looking round, & you may sit out in front of my flat and relax quietly, but please be considerate of noise as this is a shared space. I work from home and so Monday to Friday I would ask that guests leave the premises by 10am and not return before 4:30pm. I am self employed and my appointments are not all day everyday, so if there are certain times you would like to be in the flat in these times, please do ask me, and depending on my work, this may be ok During your stay Hosts are friendly and sociable whilst at the same time independent and busy. All guests are different e.g. some like their privacy, others are very sociable, so we interact appropriately according to guests preferences wherever possible. Other things to note My neighbours also share the garden. My home is not suitable for parties or people on a heavy drinking session.
