BEDROOM TWO - With quality twin beds, the second bedroom is modern in design, with quality bedding, beds & soft furnishings. Bedside lighting and black - out ensure a good night's sleep. Guest access Our entire apartment is yours to relax & feel at home in, we simply ask that you treat and respect it as if it were yours. Other things to note As of April 2017, We, as 'Hosts' are required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of ALL of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel. - Check in is after 15h and check out is before 11am on your last day. Failure to check out prior to 11am will incur a 50% of the nightly charge fee, unless you have prior written agreement with us. - There are 8 steps from the entrance hall to the elevator. - Please remove all rubbish on departure and dispose of it in the street bins opposite the apartment. - Tourist Tax Fee: As per local regulations, a tourist tax is required for all stays in Barcelona. This fee is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately. Starting from October 1st 2024, the rate will be: €6.25 per person, per night for guests aged 17 and older (for the first 7 nights) + 10% Handling Fee.
