House: Pleasant house from 1907 with a nice atmosphere. It was designed by the same architect as the Haarlem station, hence the same glazed stones. We remodeled it from head to toe. It is in the middle of the cozy village of Santpoort Noord. View of a flower shop and café with terrace. Several terraces open! Interior: The house is decorated with unique, vintage and designer furniture. Good sound system for music and film. Safety on the outlets for the kids. The space We have room for 3 adults/big children and 3 small children. We have these beds: double bed, bamboo crib 120x60cm (in photo), single bed, Ikea natural crib 120x60cm (no photo yet), camping bed 120x60cm, single air bed. Layout of your choice possible, send me a message for consultation. Ground floor: The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, without thresholds. Large kitchen with spacious countertop. 1 large oven and 1 microwave/oven. Round table with 7 chairs and 1 high chair. Plenty of space for the children to play. Even without children, a nice place to retreat, after visiting nature/the city. French doors (4 meters) to the garden. There are magazines, a nice yoga mat, box for the kids, TV, lots of plants, hanging chair and a spacious sofa. 1st floor: Bedroom 1: with double bed and large duvet, fitted sheet from the brand Snurk. The bedroom is blue, which gives it a calm look. We have light curtains, which ensures that you are awakened by the sun☀️. You could also put a crib here or hang a crib. We have both of these, send me a message for more info. Bedroom 2: We use this room as an office and for lodging. There is 1 air bed or you could put a crib there. Nice cozy and cozy room with window. No curtains. At the moment I don't have a photo of it, will follow.... Bedroom 3: the children's room. Here you can use the bamboo crib, dresser, the hangers next to the closet, toys, changing pad, books and the baby monitor. Bathroom: has underfloor heating, spacious walk-in shower without glass ;), double sink and a lovely bathtub. Ideal with children (toys available) or if you want to relax. Hallway: with washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies, stair gate, hanging rack for the laundry. Garden: large and backyard with a lot of privacy, we have sun all day. Lots of summer bloomers, shade from the grape and a lawn. Along the house you walk to the front garden with a bench where you can sit in the sun until late. Children: Tripp Trapp chair incl. baby seat for the first months and harness, plates, cup, cutlery, box incl. pillow, 2 walkers, hanging chair small up to 13 kilos, hanging chair large, slide outside (young children), tractor outside, lawn, bathtub, changing table, mattress cover 2x, changing pad incl. cover 2x, books, lots of toys, Toet Toet-Zoef Zoef track incl. cars. Options in consultation (week in advance): Swimming pool in garden, bath at working height, hanging cradle of rope to hang on in bedroom 1... very cute! Guest access Downstairs Living room, hallway, toilet, garden 1st floor: Bedroom, hallway, washing machine room, children's bedroom, bathroom Other things to note Cats: We love to share our nice house including our cats with you. The white cat is called Spyke and the tabby cat is called Puc. They are very quiet, 5 years old and sweet. Accustomed to children, but when it gets too busy, they look for a quiet place. Daily care is therefore part of the package... in return you get love and hugs. Watching Netflix together on the couch, for example :). They may go outside with us occasionally, but we would like you to keep them inside (safer). We can discuss this if necessary.
