Newly renovated clean and bright studio of 35 sq.m. on the first floor without an elevator, located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk (4’ by car) from the city center and 20-minute walk (5’ by car) from the beach. The space Air conditioning and heating are provided as well as free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one double bed available (2.0 x 1.5 m orthopedic mattress). Guest access There is free public street parking in the area around the studio.
