Close to QEH, AVC, UPEI We're happy to share our local knowledge so guests can enjoy an authentic island experience -from the best scenic routes to hidden beaches, indie restaurants & theatre The space Charming and comfortable One Bedroom Apartment (approx 400 sq. ft.) has a separate bedroom with one Queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, open concept living room/dining area and full bath. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove and is well equipped with dishes, cutlery and cookware - everything you need. The living room features a sofa, wing-back chair and flat screen TV. The dining area has a pine table with seating that doubles as an office or workspace for those working from home. Bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower. Ample closet space so you don't have to live out of a suitcase. Single, private entrance with parking located directly in front of your apartment. Sunny verandah with outdoor furniture, pretty potted plants and fairy lights. Air-conditioning and heat that guests can adjust for their comfort. The property is strictly NON-SMOKING and NO PETS. Other amenities include: Free high speed Wi-Fi, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV with extended cable, full size eco-friendly toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra towels and linens. Beach towels are available upon request. A welcome package of locally roasted Organic, Fair-Trade Coffee and tea is provided. During the off-season (October to June) we offer special weekly and monthly self-catering rates (please inquire). Guest access Guests have private single entry access to their own apartment with Free Parking located directly in front. 5 acres of landscaped lawn and gardens, outdoor Barbecues, picnic tables, lawn chairs and a croquet court. Coin-operated self serve Laundromat is located on site. All guests receive a discount to our curated Shop & Gallery - croft.
