Whether you're making our place home base for a productive stay or an Austin getaway, this newly-refreshed, stylish house was carefully designed to make you feel blissfully at home! The space Our home is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood right across the Mopac expressway from the Domain. The house was renovated top-to-bottom in July of 2021. Downstairs: You’ll find a spacious living area with fireplace, 50” tv, dining table for 6, an amenity-filled kitchen w/ new electric appliances, plus a laundry room and a half-bath. Upstairs: The primary suite boasts a comfortable king bed, 42” TV, a light-filled workstation, and spa-inspired stone and tile en-suite with walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 1 contains a supportive-yet-soft queen bed, 32” TV, and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 is perfect for remote work, boasting an executive-style desk, ergonomic office chair, and 2nd monitor ready to connect to a laptop. It also contains a queen bed. The guest bedrooms share a newly-tiled full guest bathroom with tub and shower. In our fenced backyard, our slice of Austin features solar string lights, a pergola, two dining tables, a charcoal grill, and a landscaped fire pit area to enjoy the Austin air. Other features: A stone’s throw from the front door, check out the wonderful Walnut Creek hiking trails that run throughout the surrounding neighborhood, or bring your bike for an easy commute on the trail to the Domain or Q2 stadium! The house has cold-blowing and efficient AC, 200mb WiFi throughout, and parking for 2 vehicles + street parking. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home including the backyard, garage, and street + driveway parking.
