Common areas such as walkways, main entry, hallways, laundry room(basement floor), are accessible for guests, yet we request our guests be entirely mindful that they are in fact, common areas. We request our guests to not hinder or impede year around residents' access within all common areas. Quiet hours for inside and outside of the flat are 10pm-6am. You make the call! We can be as accessible as desired and yet the space is yours to enjoy without being bothered! Area dining, local coffee shop recommendations and local points of interest provided within the flat at time of check-in. Customized add-on elections of volunteer opportunities, welcome packages, date nights options and activities around town are available as interested. We are always available by phone/text day or night for any questions or concerns. The Randolph-Roanoke District is a safe and enjoyable place to call home. The district contains homes with architectural complex designs to admire in all directions. Walking through the surrounding streets is sure to take you back in time! Some points of interest are walkable, others require short drive by car (5 minutes or less to downtown). Uber available in area and averages $6 for a ride to the downtown area. Your stay is within a converted 3 story residence with individual flats with year around residents 'The Residences of Roanoke'. Go Beyond is managing and running a portion of one level of the building for our short-stay guests(2nd Floor Flat). Go Beyond ensures access/entry to common areas, but property grounds, walkways, main entrance, common area laundry, are not Go Beyond's nor maintained by Go Beyond. 'The Residences of Roanoke' quiet hours are between 10pm-6am. Please kindly adhere as violation/disregard is cause for removal from property without refund.
