Our apartment is a sunny,fully renovated studio located in a central part of the city, on Isa'a street, behind the Turkish consulate and next to the Universities and the TIF. It is 30sqm and consists of a space with a double bed,a kitchenette and a bathroom. It also has a large balcony where you can enjoy your coffee on sunny days. Our intention was to create a modern environment having always in mind the needs of a modern and demanding guest. - Entering we see the stylish and model Italian cuisine which is equipped with stove, electric rings, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator with a capacity of 85l equipped with water and refreshments for the welcome! You will also find all the necessary utensils such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery as well as all the basic products to prepare your meals! Finally there is a first aid kit with painkillers, antipyretics, alcohol, cotton and gauze in case of need. - In the spacious room there is a white double leather bed with a serving tray to relax your breakfast, wall-mounted Italian bedside tables, a modern open-plan wardrobe to arrange your clothes, with a built-in safety deposit box to store your valuables, a workstation with a comfortable seat, a 37”plasma TV, air conditioning for cooling and heating, an iron with an ironing board for clothes, 24/7 wifi as well as hidden lighting for unique moments of relaxation!! - In our special bathroom there is the shower column with an adjustable head and extra spiral, cream soap for hands, shower gel and shampoo for your bathroom, hair dryer as well as face and body towels! - On the balcony of 17sq.m there is a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee calmly on the beautiful sunny days in Thessaloniki! There is also a washing machine in case of use for free! The studio is located in a quiet yet central and convenient location to tour and enjoy your walk in the center of Thessaloniki on foot.
