The apartment has windows overlooking the courtyard and it is very bright. It consists of a bedroom corner with a double bed (but no separate door), plus a large living room with an American kitchen and a pull-out sofas. If there are more than 2 of you, then 2 people can sleep in the bedroom part and the other 1 or 2 of you can sleep on the pull-out sofa. The apartment also has a nice bathroom with a shower . The kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, kettle and a coffee machine. As there are a self-check-in and self-check-out at the apartment you can freely arrive any time after 15:00 o'clock (even in the middle of the night!) or leave early in the morning. Guest access The whole apartment is yours! In order to ensure that each guest experiences an exceptional stay, we kindly remind you that our apartment is smoke-free. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a €100 deep cleaning fee if there is evidence that smoking has occurred in our non-smoking apartment. Please be aware that I am not willing to host any kind of group that comes with the sole purpose of drinking and partying and any reservation made for this purpose will be cancelled. Any kind of loud partying is strictly forbidden in the apartment. Per the house rules in such case, the neighbours will immediately alert the police and the group will have to leave the premises.
