Secluded Stone Sea-view Family Villa

A simple, traditional and functional house, with a unique view of three beaches/bays (Kalogiros, Molos, Tsoukalia) as well as Naxos. Built on the hillside, at the top of which is the historic Monastery of Agios Antonios, the house is ideal for guests looking for a quiet accommodation, but with easy and quick access to more bustling villages (Naoussa 15', Piso Livadi 8', Marpissa 3', Parikia 20'). Suitable for families with children and couples. The space The house is stone-built on the outside, in harmony with the natural landscape of the area. It has a front-facing terrace with a wooden pergola, and a garden/courtyard with an outdoor dining area on the side. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and its own bathroom. The ground floor rooms (2) have air conditioning, as well as the shared living room/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances and small appliances. In the open plan living room/kitchen area there is a guest toilet. The washing machine is located in the basement storage area. The house is particularly cool and quiet, with unlimited views to the east (Naxos, Iraklia, Schinoussa, Koufonisia). Just a few minutes away are the beaches of Kalogiros, Molos and Tsoukalia. A 2km path will lead you to the picturesque Piso Livadi, through a wonderful route. Guest access The guest has access to the parking area, the front terrace, the side paved courtyard as well as the garden with the aromatic plants. Children are not allowed to use the roof terrace without an adult. Other things to note A basic requirement for accessing the house is the use of a car. Tap water is not drinkable.
