Lovely, cosy single room Eltham easy access city

Nice single/double room in family home on the historical Progress Estate (built in 1915) in a quiet part of Eltham, Greenwich, with easy access to central London. Use of all amenities, kitchen, dining room, sunny conservatory/lounge, bathroom, south facing garden with sun patio. Excellent links to central London, surrounded by parks and woods, close to shops and restaurants. The ideal place to relax after a busy day working, studying, site-seeing in Central London. Photos: lovely, cosy room The space Situated on the first floor, the room is cosy and fully furnished with a window facing the front garden. Double glazing makes it very quiet and keeps the warmth in during winter. A single bed, a double couch bed , shelves above bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk with chair. Bedding, sheets and towels provided. Carpeted floor, the house is centrally heated. The bathroom is adjacent, with a bath and shower. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Guests can cook simple meals and use the washing machine on agreement with hosts and relax in the conservatory, sitting room and south facing garden. There is enough living room for everyone to find peace and quiet even when we are all at home. You will share the house with my two sons (26 and 29 years). I am away a lot, so my sons look after our guests. During your stay We like getting to know our guests who are often people moving to London for the first time, to study or find work and we enjoy helping them to find their way around the area and the UK system. But we are reserved and respect Guest's privacy as we expect Guests to respect ours. We don't have locks on the bedroom doors because we are a family and have never had issues with security in our home. Other things to note The Welcome pack with more information about living in the house and rules, is sent on making a booking. The Airbnb cleaning fee covers the first two weeks of stay. There is a £10 (£15 for couples) weekly cleaning fee if you stay for more than two weeks. We have a friendly cat who doesn't enter Guest rooms unless invited to! Smokers are welcome but are invited to smoke outside.There is no smoking in the house. There is no lock on the bedroom door. We don't use locks on doors because we host people in our home and have never had issues with security.
