SkyQ TV and TNTSPORT now inc Stable Cottage, a Cumbrian sandstone barn conversion, is ideally situated on a farm on the fringes of the Lake District National Park. Its tranquil rural location provides a relaxing getaway while being centrally based for exploring the Lake District, the Solway Coast, the border city of Carlisle, Hadrians Wall & the Scottish Borders. We offer spectacular views over the Cumbrian countryside towards Skiddaw and the Lakeland Fells from the warm comfort of this cottage. The space A Galleried entrance leads to an open plan living area with a modern well equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable lounge. On the ground floor are two bedrooms one spacious double and one full size bunk bedroom plus the bathroom with a double ended spa bath and separate shower cubicle. The provision of a travel cot and high chair allows for the additional accommodation of a small child. Following a day spent in the Cumbrian countryside return to our cottage to enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove, our home grown vegetables straight from the field and spacious well equipped accommodation. Now with full Sky Q television including the sports, movie and box set channels. Guest access Guests have the whole property to themselves along with shared access to a lawn area, play equipment and a trampoline. We have a shared BBQ and seating area along with a private patio and garden furniture. A shared 'Boot room@ provides guest storage and a ready supply of consumables for the cottage including sticks and logs for the wood burning stove. Other things to note Stable Cottage is situated on a working farm. Minimum 3 night booking policy. CHANGEOVER DAYS FRIDAY for 7 night breaks and 3 night weekend breaks MONDAY for midweek breaks
