Siviero Apartment "Small"

Siviero Apartments is the service offered by Impresa Edile Siviero Enrico, (our family business established in 1999), which offers tourists who want to stay in the Po Delta 4 newly built apartments with beautiful and modern furnishings, including garage and parking space. At the property, you can also take advantage of the bike rental service. The space Characterized by a surface of 50 sqm, the Small apartment is ideal for couples or families up to 4 components and is constituted by: 1) Kitchen with dining / living area (with balcony) and single sofa bed; 2) A bathroom complete with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine; 3) A bedroom (with balcony) with a double and a single bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment reserved for them which guarantees all the necessary comforts for the stay. Other things to note The tourist tax (city tax) of 0.50 €/night per guest must be added to the amount of the stay.
