Beautiful 40 m2 fisherman's house in Touques, in excellent condition, very clean, on two floors, equipped with wifi (fiber), 5 minutes by car from Trouville-Deauville and 3 minutes from the International Horse Center. Ideal for a couple, it is centrally located in a 15th century village. Its stream, its artists' workshops, its market, its old church, its restaurants, its Jazz aperitifs on the Place de la Mairie in season, will enchant you. Many free parking lots are close to the house. The space Fisherman's house in excellent condition consisting of a ground floor and two floors, overlooking the main street of Touques, close to the Church of Saint Pierre (exhibition venue only) in the heart of a small village of the 15th century. Its ground floor includes an equipped kitchenette (2 electric hobs, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, hood), cupboards with plenty of dishes, side cabinet with basic necessities, storage lockers for your shopping, table, chairs, stools, and coat racks. A 1st floor, whose landing serves: - A shower room with sink and toilet, (hair dryer, clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron) - A living room with sofa (bed base + mattress for an additional person if necessary), coffee table, coat rack, side table and two chairs. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with a bed for two people, new bedding 140 x 190, dresser, bedside table, a chair, a clothes rack at your disposal. Note: The bed is prepared, linen washed at high temperature is provided (towels are provided at no extra cost for 2 or 3 people). Meticulous cleaning and the health protocol are respected. We take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each reservation. - Wi-Fi access for your exclusive use (the house is connected by fiber optics, the box is in the accommodation) - No TV but TV outlets in the bedroom and living room if you come with your own. All on foot: basic shops in the village (baker, butcher, small supermarket open 7 days a week). Post office, tobacco shop, wine bar, and restaurants in the village. Large areas, bowling and MacDonald's, out of sight but nearby (about 200 m). Many restaurants also in Trouville and Deauville, 5 minutes by car. This parking lot is close to the restaurant "Le Relais du Haras" located 50 m away, going left from the house then follow the small rue Legrip on the right of this restaurant.
