Other things to note About cooking Please cook in the kitchen. Please do not bring a cassette stove into your room for cooking pots, octopus balls, teppan-yaki, etc. The facilities of the hotel are different from those of ordinary homes and are equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarms, which will set off the alarm. If any of these activities are found, you will be asked to leave the room and will be charged a special cleaning fee. Please do not occupy the kitchen for a long time when there are other guests in the room. Please refrain from cooking or washing dishes in the kitchen or using the living room after 23:00. Please do not cook in the kitchen, wash dishes, or use the living room after 11:00 p.m. Some guests may be sleeping in the room. About the parking lot Please inform us of your intention to use the parking lot when you complete your reservation. However, the number of parking spaces is limited, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no space in the parking lot, you will be asked to park in a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Also, since the parking lot is located off the main street, the street is somewhat narrow and one-way, so please be careful not to drive too close to the parking lot. There are no surveillance cameras in our parking lot, so please be aware that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any problems with your vehicle. Please check before making a reservation. House Rules (1) Smoking is prohibited in all rooms throughout the building. If smoking is allowed, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged as a cleaning fee. (2) No one other than the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter the building. Day visitors are also not allowed. (3) Please use the rooms neatly. (4) Pets are not allowed. (5 )Please refrain from parties and loud music. (6) Please refrain from any illegal activities in the room. (7) Please do not take room furnishings (towels, etc.) out of the room. (8) Please be quiet when entering and leaving your room, and in hallways and other common areas. (9) Please lock your rooms when you leave the building, and be sure to turn off the air conditioners, lights, and other appliances. (10) Please separate garbage as much as possible.
