An entire charming home nestled in a country-like neighborhood in Fort Worth. Features beautiful windows in every room with a view and hardwood floors throughout the house. Our home is situated on a large lot & the backyard is perfect for a BBQ! Ideal for families, couples, business travelers & students. Downtown Ft Worth is 6 miles away. Bass Hall & Ft Worth Convention Center are 15 minutes away. Stockyards is 4 mins away & West 7th St is 5 miles away. Downtown Dallas is 45 miles away. The space Our home features 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser drawers. The second bedroom has a VERY comfortable california king bed with adjacent half bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Guest access Guests may access the following: -3 Bedrooms (Master bedroom + 2 bedrooms) -1 1/2 Bathrooms -Laundry room with washer and dryer. The laundry room contains a basic toilet and sink for your use. -Kitchen with all of the amenities - microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven and stove, microwave, dishes, silverware, blender, pots/pans, utensils, drinking glasses, mugs, coffee maker, etc. -Living room with comfy couch. We have a TV, Smart DVD player, & Netflix account for your use. We do not have cable, however if you stay at our place for an extended period of time we can look into getting cable for avid TV junkies. -Nook which features big beautiful window that overlooks the backyard. It has a recliner you may use and we have Wi-Fi. -Backyard and patio with a grill two patio tables with a total of 6 chairs, plus we have 4 lawn chairs. Other things to note We do not allow pets - sorry!
