It's a comfortable holiday house of about 40 mq.It consists of a bedroom with bathroom, a living room with two single beds and other bathroom. The apartment has an outdoor patio with a built-in kitchen from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. We are in ALTAVILLA MILICIA, near PALERMO. We have two apartments in villa (300 meters from the sea) that are available for private rental giving you your own space, fully-furnished facilities and at affordable prices. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool from June to September and the outdoor spaces of the villa. A private parking is available. This is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A short distance away is the beach Lido Sporting and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena where it is possible to rent boats with or without skipper. If you want to taste the seafood dishes typical of the area there are several restaurants along the coast from Porticello to Cefalù. From Altavilla you can easily reach Palermo, Solunto, Cefalù, full of historical sites to visit; there is a train that takes you to Palermo city in twenty minutes. You might also like to visit Agrigento´s Valley of the Temples, the largest collection of Greek temples on the planet or the Roman amphitheatre at Syracuse. In this case the car is recommended. If you arrive by plane, you can first reach the railway station of Palermo by underground and there catch the train to Altavilla Milicia. By agreement I'll be at the railway station to pick you up.
