Beautiful modern house 5 minutes from Vannes

It's a modern-style house of 137 m². Located in a family neighborhood, the house is ideal for families with its 4 bedrooms and garden. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house is strategically placed as it is close to the Gulf of Morbihan (less than 10 km) and downtown Vannes (5 km). The accommodation is very easy to access by transport (bus stop less than 300 m away). As the neighborhood is quiet, guests are asked not to party in the house. The space The house has a cozy and pleasant patio for summer evenings. You can settle there to read, meet with family or friends or eat. A basketball hoop is available on the garage wall, as well as a soccer cage in the garden at the back of the house. The accommodation has a spacious and friendly living space thanks to the semi-open kitchen, all overlooking the garden. All bedrooms have a large area with double beds. The master suite is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for cutting yourself off from the house. It has a very comfortable king size bed. This room retains its freshness well in order to have great nights. The house consists of 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms, respectively on the ground floor and upstairs. Baby equipment (high chair, folding crib and bathtub) can be requested. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and its exteriors, except the garage and upstairs dressing room. The accommodation has two private parking spaces. Other things to note House Rules: - The green garbage cans are to be put every Tuesday on the green dot in front of the house - The yellow garbage cans are to be put on Mondays every 15 days on the green dot in front of the house Please leave a passage on the sidewalk for the possible passage of people with reduced mobility :) - Our animal friends are allowed Please note that the garden is not a place for their needs, and bags are available in the neighborhood for their walks. In addition, as we do not request an additional cleaning fee, please remove as many animal traces as possible after your stay :) - Smoking non permitted inside the house - Festive evenings are not allowed - Not too much noise after 10 p.m. (considered night noise) :(
