It is equipped with a kitchenette with freezer refrigerator, induction hot plate, kettle, herbal teas available, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, diffuser, 40'' TV, independent hot-cold air conditioning. Sheets, towels, soaps are provided. We recommend respect for the other condominiums and for the objects that furnish the apartment. If you use the dishes, plates, kitchen glasses, these must be left clean. Pets are allowed with prior agreement. In the event of loss of the keys, a fee of 30 euros will be charged. Smoking is not allowed!!!! In Verona there is a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children under 14 are exempt. Please pay the tourist tax in cash upon arrival.
