This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited. The space This beautiful detached house, tastefully renovated, is located in Gramont, a village in Lomagne steeped in history. You will find it at the end of a path lined with fruit trees. The house, with an area of approximately 230 m2, includes a large 100 m2 living room with equipped kitchen, table that can accommodate 12 people and lounge area with TV. 3 bedrooms with queen size double bed, one with private bathroom. Bathroom with large shower and double sinks. 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, a dormitory (3 beds 90 x 190, 3 beds 120 x 190) with separate bathroom and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace overlooking the countryside and the unheated private swimming pool of 8 meters by 4 meters (access from June 1 to September 30). A charcoal barbecue is available for your use. Provide the charcoal. We provide our guests with the necessary items to start their stay, namely: 3 rolls of toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, laundry, household products, 1 garbage bag, coffee beans, a few tea bags. Towels are provided. Sheets are provided. The beds are not made on arrival. A donation is requested for the use of wood for the fireplace.
