Lake Karapiro Vista - with a WOW view

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures, Deciduus Gallery and Red Barn wedding venue The space Bedrooms and lounge are generous in size, with a conservatory and the deck to add to that space. As well as a shower, there's a deep bath to relax in too (plus the outdoor one) Guest access You will have access to the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, conservatory, deck, garden, and very spacious grounds to enjoy. I live in the home and use the main kitchen and lounge when there are no guests staying. I am absent from the home when there are guests, but I may be on the property in a motorhome. Just ask if you wish to be sure. Always available on cellphone to offer information and assistance. Other things to note As this is my home, you will see here some food and beverage items etc. which I willingly share with you. These include continental type breakfast supplies, tea/coffee and milk etc A bit like the original Airbnb setup. Note that there is no direct access to the lake from the property but is less than 5 minutes by car
