Nice Room, near Train Station and City Center/Thabord

We offer a comfortable guest room and the use of the common areas in our apartment, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from Place de la République As a couple, we live with 3 cats DO NOT BOOK IF YOU: - WANT ACCOMMODATION FOR MULTIPLE TRAVELERS. - WANT AN ENTIRE ACCOMMODATION. - DON'T LIKE TOBACCO OR ITS SMOKE. - DON'T LIKE CATS OR ARE ALLERGIC. - ARRIVE AFTER 8 P.M. TO CHECK IN The space You will have a clean and tidy room, clean linens and towels, a water jug and a clean glass. You will also have your keys and the leisure to come and go as you please. Our vision of Airbnb: this paragraph seems very important to me: I think Airbnb is a platform to connect people who share a community spirit and are linked by the service of a pleasant and discreet stay. That's why I decided to do Airbnb. However, I have noticed that some people think they will find hotel services in this accommodation. This is neither the spirit nor the atmosphere of the room that we offer you around the 35th. Indeed you will have a nice clean, quiet, functional and comfortable room but in no way comparable to a hotel. We live in the apartment: working, you must take into account our availability for check-in. You also need to have a certain tolerance for storage: even if the premises are clean and relatively tidy, it is possible to glimpse some of my belongings, potentially, appear in your field of vision. Namely: I am relatively orderly. Make yourself at home: we will respect your privacy and remain at your disposal if you need anything. Guest access - You have access to the whole apartment except my room which is strictly private. - THE ROOM available is NON-SMOKING - Apartment not suitable for military or people living in barracks (incompatible lifestyle). - Apartment not suitable for physical and mental disabilities (logistically impossible) During your stay 1) schedule: check-in for the handover of the keys is at the end of our working hours, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out for the return of the keys is before 9:30 a.m. and can be done independently or in person. For both, we expect an arrival or departure at the times that we have planned together. 2) modesty: Outside of shower times, please make sure you are properly dressed and avoid being only in underwear in the common areas. 3) discretion: With your keys you enter and exit at the times you like, please be discreet and close the entrance doors and during late use of the bathroom or toilet. Other things to note - You must plan activities to spend your days. - Whenever possible, please avoid staying in the apartment all day. Flexibility for discreet teleworking. - You have a recent and efficient bed and mattress ensuring superior comfort. - You have the bed drawer at the bottom left (in front of the table) to temporarily store your belongings. The other drawers and cupboards contain our non-sensitive personal belongings, so please avoid using them. - Close the doors and windows behind you while making sure not to leave keys in the locks to allow me to return after my occasional night work. - A surcharge of 10e/hour of delay starting from 8 p.m. will be provided in case of exceeding the reception time.
