This luxury 100m2 apartment is located on the third floor of Casa Chafariz, with elevator access from the first floor, overlooking the Chafariz square and the Chiado hill. Casa Chafariz building consists of 5 luxurious apartments, spread over 4 floors. The first floor is accessible by stairs and has an elevator that will give you access to the other floors. All apartments face the square and the upper floors offer city views. The space The apartment is located in the heart of the historic district of Santos, very close to the riverside area of the Tagus and within walking distance of the hills of Chiado, Bairro Alto, Santa Catarina and Príncipe Real. Known as Lisbon's design district, Santos offers a mix of tradition and modernity. The antique shops, art galleries, variety of restaurants, museums and the proximity to the other historic districts of the city provide a genuine Lisbon experience. Guest access If you wish to be dropped at Casa Chafariz, you may hire a traditional taxi and we also recommend you to book one of our partnership drivers. This service has a cost of 25€ to be paid by cash directly to the chauffeur. If you have your own car, we recommend Parque Vitorino Damásio, at Av. D. Carlos I, 4. The parking is open 24/7. No reservation is required. Other things to note Cleaning : The apartment is cleaned and towels are changed every three days; Bed linen will be changed every 7 days. Dishwashing is not included in the cleaning service. We are committed to environmental sustainability. We exclusively use eco-friendly and non-polluting products for amenities and our daily cleaning to minimise ecological footprint and protect the environment. Access : In order to preserve the traditional aesthetic and despite the extensive renovations carried out in our buildings, some authentic staircases had to be maintained. Thus, not all of our apartments are necessarily accessible to everyone. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will do its best to assign you the apartment that suits you best. Parking : For your stay at Casa Chafariz we recommend Parque Vitorino Damásio, located at Av. D. Carlos I, 4 (€ 26 / day). Check in : Upon booking, you will receive our online check-in form. After returning the completed form, we will send you a link to install our partner SALTO digital key app (to enter the building and access your apartment). This will remain valid throughout your stay and will allow you to arrive at your apartment freely at any time. Luggage : Casa Chafariz does not provide luggage storage space, but we recommend https://luggit.app for all your storage requirements. Front desk : Our front-desk is open from 10 am to 5 pm every day. Damage deposit: A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
