New gîte, 3* rating, fully equipped, comfortable, quiet, for 5 people and 1 baby, close to La Rochelle, Fouras, Iles de Ré, Oléron and Aix. Ideal for family stays to travel the region, with a heated pool in season. The space This very spacious and new cottage offers you a pleasant comfort. Although attached to another cottage, it is very quiet, and the bedding is of good quality. In short, ideal for relaxing! It is intended for 5 people but you can easily add a baby bed (on loan) Upstairs, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed and the other with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. The tourist tax is set at 1.65 per night per adult. Cleaning fees are optional. You will ensure the cleanliness of the cottage when you leave. If you choose the cleaning option, you can request it on arrival (70 euros). Guest access The pool is open on sunny days but heated from May to October. In high season, access to the pool is regulated by high season hours, in order to maintain calm during meals. (10am-12:30pm / 2pm-7pm) Other things to note During the summer, rental is only by the week. Heating charges are not included and will be extra, if applicable. Sheets and towels are not included.
