Welcome to Corti de Ponnay Family place clinging to the mountain with breathtaking views, quiet, ideal for nature lovers... Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-center & lake, 20 min to Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). I live there and am here to answer you. Place driven by eco-construction project & "fruity and aromatic" farm, sharing, simplicity and respect for the environment. We look forward to welcoming you :) The space Le Mazot is a small chalet completely rebuilt with ecological materials (insulated with straw!). Comfortable and very bright. Private terrace with table, chairs, benches, deckchairs and BBQ available. It consists of - on the ground floor, a living room overlooking the terrace with sofa bed, an Italian shower room and a separate toilet. - upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Default sleeping configuration: 2 people = double bed upstairs, 3 or 4 people = double bed + double sofa bed upstairs. For a different setup (use of the convertible on the ground floor or addition of an umbrella bed), please contact me before. For more photos or info, type "Corti de Ponnay" in your favorite search engine ;) Self-service on site: board games, pierrade, raclette... etc. Cleanliness: - The accommodation must be returned CLEAN on the day of departure - OR - possibility of paying a cleaning fee (see house rules) - Between each tenant, the accommodation is systematically disinfected and essential oils are diffused... 2 nights minimum rental off season, 4/5 nights minimum in season; No obligation Saturday – Saturday... avoid traffic jams! ;) Guest access Independent chalet completely reserved for guests Private terrace at the cottage Outdoor courtyard and garden shared between guests of different cottages Access to the meadow / walk Reserved angled parking (along the road above the buildings), possibility to go down to the courtyard to load/unload luggage.
