Parking in front of the house, option to store bicycles. Suitable for families with children. The area between the Slapy Dam and the Sázava River features castles and chateaux – Konopiště, Č. Šternberk, Osečany, Vlašim, Sázava and Poličany monasteries, golf (Tvoršovice), Jewish monuments (Neveklov), museums (Benešov-MUD, Sedlčany-Krčín, Křečovice-Suk, Vysoký Chlumec open-air museum, Jílové u Prahy-Gold Mine) The space The apartment is equipped with 4 beds with down duvets, a sofa bed, a table and chairs, a wardrobe, and a fitted kitchenette with a two-burner hob, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee machine. A TV and internet are available in the room. The bathroom has a comfortable, barrier-free shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a toilet. The common room is equipped with 2 sofa beds and a children's playroom. For our little guests, we have toys and books, as well as a space for creative activities. Bicycles can be stored securely in the adjacent entryway. The shared large kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a microwave, standard cookware and a washing machine. The outdoor seating area offers the opportunity to relax. Pets are welcome. Our entire property is non-smoking. We also strive to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. There are shops and services nearby, including an ATM, a pharmacy and a gas station. The nearby château park with a children's playground is inviting for a stroll. There is a stylish café about 100 meters from us. If you're interested in history, you can arrange a tour of the town and the nearby well-preserved 16th-century Jewish cemetery. If you're interested in local recommendations, we'll be happy to share them with you. Guest access Free parking is available in front of the house. If the space is temporarily occupied, there is a large free car park about 150 meters from us. The entrance to the apartment is through a shared hallway, from which there is a door to the living room and, beyond that, to the bedroom. There are 4 steps leading up to the front door. If you need barrier-free access, you can use the entrance through the courtyard by arrangement. This way, you can conveniently store your bicycles and stroller without having to use the steps. The lockable key box is located right next to the front door. During your stay We enjoy hosting and adapting to our guests' needs. In addition to Czech, we usually communicate in English, but it is also possible to communicate in German, Japanese and a little French and Polish. We'll be happy to advise you on where to go on a trip, where to walk your pets, show you around the Jewish cemetery, and lend you cycling tools and maps. We can advise you on visiting Prague, buying public transport tickets, recommend a suitable place to park, and give you tips on interesting places and sights in and around Prague. If you are allergic to feathers, we can replace the down duvets with synthetic ones by arrangement. We are usually available to guests during their stay. We would appreciate it if guests would follow our rules – no smoking throughout the building and being considerate during quiet hours at night. Other things to note The apartment's windows face the street. Especially in summer, road traffic can be heard when the windows are open. If you are sensitive to noise, please take this information into account. The seating area in the courtyard offers peace and relaxation. We want to be respectful of our surroundings and the environment. We ask the same of our guests.
